My Recipes. I made half, omitting bell pepper and I used cajun seasoning instead of creole. You presoak the uncooked beans in boiling water, drain them, then add fresh water, cooked onion, garlic, and sliced smoked sausage (I used half of a 13 oz package of
Hillshire Farm smoked chicken sausage.) My beans cooked in one hour. This is a good recipe that I'll make again.
I grade it an A.
