CREAMY CAJUN CHICKEN PASTA from Thrifty Diva

Thrifty DIY Diva. You add Cajun seasoning to shredded chicken and that's the main flavor and it's good, as good as the brand of seasoning you use. I used six chicken tenderloins, shredded, and only two teaspoons of seasoning. I cooked a little onion before adding the cream and milk to the pan, and I only needed a heaping 1/8 teaspoon of salt. The Parmesan sauce isn't your typical thick cream sauce since you don't add flour to it. I added canned peas to the sauce and sprinkled dried parsley to the top. This needed more cheese in the sauce.
I grade this an A.
