CHEESY SALSA BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE from Campbell's



This needs some work. The recipe's from Campbells. It uses a jar of Prego brand garlic parmesan alfredo sauce, and salsa. I followed the directions for the rice, making just half of it, but I added more water, as I knew it would need it. But it needed even more once the rice was finished, because rice will continue to absorb liquid once it's cooked and this had run out of liquid. So I added more, which equaled a whole lot more than specified in the recipe. I also added black beans and corn. I used just one chicken breast and I shredded it and stirred it into the rice when it was finished.

I grade it a B because of the water situation.
