This recipe came from
Dinner Then Dessert. The dough has ground Oreo cookies, minus the cream that's layered between, inside. I didn't add chopped Oreos to the dough but did use bittersweet chocolate chips. I made half the recipe and got 25 one tablespoon/1.5" doughballs. The cookies spread out nicely and are crunchy on the outside and cake-like inside in 8 minutes.
The dough itself is bland and doesn't taste much like chocolate, and the most flavor comes from the chips I added, which weren't part of the recipe. I added almost double the amount of salt. I love the idea of using Oreo crumbs in the dough. I don't see why I'd ever make these again.
I grade this a B for bland.
