This recipe comes from Cafe Delights. I used one less tablespoon of cocoa powder in the cake and one less tablespoon in the pudding and the cake part was still bitter but edible. I've been making pudding cakes for 14 years and I knew this recipe called for way too much cocoa in each of the two parts so instead of using just two tablespoons in the cake like I wanted, which is half of what's called for, I cut back by just one because I didn't want to tamper too much with it. I'll make this again but my way.
I grade this a B because of the issue with cocoa amount.
