This recipe came from Sugar Spun Run. This is the second time I've made these and I made half each time. They're made with cocoa powder, sour cream, and oil and have chocolate chips inside. I used mini semi-sweet chips mixed into the batter and one tablespoon less cocoa powder. They could use a bit more salt and I doubled the amount of vanilla. I got five jumbo muffins (using a jumbo 1 c. capacity muffin pan) and I filled them halfway using 1/2 c. of batter. They baked in 17 minutes.
I grade these a B because I think these could have been moister.
