ALFREDO PASTA WITH CHICKEN MEATBALLS


This meal is comprised of two different recipes- Emeril Lagasse's Fettuccine Alfredo My Way (sauce only) and Best Anytime Baked Chicken Meatballs.





I didn't use the optional pancetta in the sauce. I used a combination of milk and cream instead of all cream, and I used a lot less Parmesan cheese, and the full amount of peas. It's pretty good.

I made half the meatball recipe and got seventeen. I used milk in place of olive oil and they baked in 13 minutes, well under the time given. I quartered them and put them in the alfredo sauce.

I grade this an A.
