These are pretty damn good and come from Joy Food Sunshine. At eight minutes they're crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle, using one tablespoon of dough. They spread out nicely too...just make sure your dough is at room temperature before baking (take out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking or microwave cold dough balls about 8-10 seconds before baking) , else they won't spread properly. I don't like how brown they turned, which makes them look overcooked, which they aren't. These are my favorite chocolate chip cookies so far because of the flavor the crispy edges get and the chewy centers.
I grade these an A++.
