This recipe's from Mid Century Menu. This one's a disappointment as I do love a maraschino cherry cake. This is a white cake made with shortening and egg whites. It tastes very good but is dry, as I feared it would be. I made my own vanilla frosting for it.
I grade it a C because of the dryness.
