This recipe is from Baked by Rachel. They're actually called "Slice and Bake Cranberry Pistachio Cookies." These have excellent flavor. I made half the recipe. I used chopped sweetened dried tart cherries, ground toasted almonds instead of cranberries and pistachios, and almond extract. My 1/4" slices baked in 8 minutes.
I grade these an A+.
