I'm reviewing the cake only, which came from Bunsen Burner Bakery. I used my own frosting recipe to which I added crushed Oreo cookies, about three tablespoons worth from about two or three Oreos. I made half the cake in a 9" x 1.5" pan and it baked in 23 minutes. It uses melted butter and the usual ingredients, aside from black cocoa, which I didn't use. I used all regular cocoa powder as the recipe said we could do, minus two tablespoons. I left the chopped cookie pieces out of the batter. It's a good cake that I'm happy with but I've made better tasting ones.
I grade it a B.
